Good, solid dark thriller. Sometimes Matthew Modine is a bit weird, but he is low key and does a great job here. Melanie Griffith is awesome and it makes me miss her a bit. Michael Keaton was so creepy in this movie, especially when he was either always a good guy or comedy goofball before this. I enjoyed getting back to this movie. It unfolds very quickly and doesn’t get to the darkest or most tense points as much as it could (or I remember. ) I appreciate that it was short but it made it a little harder to invest. Pretty suspenseful though.
