One of the IMDB reviews said “Underrated” and I completely agree. Steve Guttenberg, Shelley Long, and Jamie Gertz all have acting chops and it makes this a really enjoyable movie. Total misuse of Kyle Mclachlan but he always lives up to the challenge. This is a fun little romantic comedy. Obviously doesn’t have the slickness of a Pretty Woman and Guttenberg and Long don’t carry Richard Gere or Julia Roberts weight, but still enjoyed this fun little comedy.
